Not really. Mariah Carey's sister gets no help from Mariah and she's been in the past homeless, living in her car, on welfare, drug addict, STILL working as a prostitute, and still being arrested for solicitation. I think she was paid off by Mariah to not write a book and also got money after her father died. But she was still arrested a couple of years ago and this was after her father died and had his inheritance.
