Do you have a Google Ad-Sense account to monetize your blog? If so, that money isn't going to Wordpress, therefore I believe they could subpoena Google for your personal information. I am not a lawyer, just a paranoid fucker. You could use the American tabloid approach to celebrity rumors: The Star and National Enquirer pick up info from the European tabloids and report it by saying that XXX says YYY. Their argument is that they are reporting on reporting and not orginating the story themselves. Usually those tabloids are in countries where libel suits are more difficult to successfully adjudicate.
