The main thing to remember is that, under New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, a plaintiff has to prove actual malice. In most jurisdictions, a plaintiff has to also demonstrate actual damages. In the Porn world, most people's reputations are so piss poor that they are incapable of being legally defamed. YMMV.
