I will say it one more time in hopes that your stupidity addled brain can eventually soak it up; Skeeter was a guest (not even the producer or director or in any way an active participant) in a film made in the early 80's at a party hosted by a major rock band during the Reagen/Meese crack-down on pornography. Then, still on film, she said she was OK and wanted to continue, which they did.

As far as Max goes, try watching the BTS every once in a while. Before a single frame is recorded, he goes over what is expected of the girls for each scene, showing them photos and clips of what is expected.
