If someone chooses to employ him, if some people agree to be 'directed' by him, it's all good in my book. People make choices and I can live with that.

The issue isn't Wallice's HIV status. The issue is that he knowingly deceived partners with a bogus test. That earns him the lifetime scourge of the industry award.
If your investment broker intentionally took you to the cleaners would you still want him involved in a career of financial planning even if it was with other people's money?

^^ I see your point and agree. Apparently, some other people make different choices.
For the record: if Wallice used a bogus test result and knowingly had unprotected sex with other people, he should be prosecuted in my opnion.

If he (allegedly) doctored his own test results, why should you believe any clean test you see on his set?
Should Wallace be "allowed" to work in the industry that he (allegedly) knowingly contaminated with HIV? That’s up to the people who decide to hire him, the people that agree to work with him and the fans that buy movies from the companies he is associated with. A source of mine said Brooke and her boyfriend Eddie Wood had a meeting about two or three weeks with Hustler’s talent coordinator. She apparently wants to get back into the business by doing work with her boyfriend only. He is also HIV positive.
