I believe the yogurt comment was metaphorical.

Side Note: I recently watched Gia in Down the Hatch (13?) and thoroughly enjoyed the scene. It was certainly one of the best of the entire series. I was particularly entertained by Gia's reaction to a bit of direction. After taking the first load, the director rather frantically told Gia not to move. Gia responded with a slight head nod and a look that said, "I'm a pro you fucking asshole. I know what's going down here better than you do, so shut the fuck up."
