No, he is correct. From the YouTube description: "Olga ends up meeting this guy Dmitri and they talk for at the most 2 minutes. She hands him her business card and says call me."

Olga handed this guy *her* card and gave the guy instructions to call her. This is the aggressive part. Now she apparently is not returning his calls, avoiding him and (presumable) the task of telling him she is no longer interested. This is the passive behavior.

Defination of Passive-aggressive: "Pertaining to behavior in which feelings of aggression are expressed in passive ways as, for example, by stubbornness, sullenness, procrastination, or intentional inefficiency."

I think the guy comes across as very arrogant and lacks tact, but I would guess he's just someone who is very blunt and doesn't want to waste time rather than a dangerous stalker. The term "stalker" is tossed around too loosely these days. A true stalker would never delete her numbers after two calls. He would become obsessed with her and try to contact her relentlessly, not move on at the first sign of disinterest.
