I voted for Louisiana, simply becuase the only part of that state that was worth a damn was destroyed by a hurricane.

Sure, there are some states that have even less to offer but I hadn't been planning on visiting them. So, there ya go, Louisiana is my least favorite state because it ruined my vacation plans a few years ago.
