I can arch standing only. I hate when photographers would tell me to arch my back AND bend over. Sir, it's either one or the other.

I asked Belladonna once and she said it was always something she did. She contorted her body into weird gymnastic poses for fun when she was a little kid. I wish I started that young. All I ever did was make my own ballerina pointe shoes from socks, legos, and sponges and see how high I could stand in the kitchen. Wtf good did that do me? And I didn't even take ballet!
