Since gas prices are so high, I've only recently gotten enough together to buy some decent new porn out there. Since my last big buy, I've noticed a lot of Euro whores looking better than their American equivalents.

Mainly:

far fewer tattoos
fewer / better plastic surgery
higher propensity for anal scenes
less stupid talk

What's my better buy? Be patriotic and buy domestic, or take some Euro porn?

Plastic titties are on the increase in Euro films as well, unfortunately...I believe Marc Dorcel's latest big budget opus 'Casino: No Limits' doesn't feature a single natural boob in it.

Personally, I prefer high-quality features (or 'feature-esque') films over gonzo, so I'm more than happy to check out any Euro flick where they've put the effort in.

Have you checked out anything from Italy's Pink'o yet? Superior quality stuff...

I think the euro girls have always been more likely to do the anal bit. About the tattoos, spot on. Might be less white trash influence, though that will probably change.

Euro-trash films tend to be too artsy for my tastes.
"Creative" lighting usually means you can't see what the fuck is going on.
"Creative" camera angles and long shots fuck it up as well.

The primary purpose of porn is to see fucking. Anything that detracts from that is counter productive no matter how "artistic" the image looks.

I can't stand most of the stuff I've seen coming out of Italy and Spain. France is kind of hit or miss but all the girls there seems to prefer anal over anything else.
I have seen some really good gonzo and wall-to-wall stuff coming out of Eastern Europe and the post-soviet girls from Russia are highly wackable.
