Larry announced he was retiring back in December of 2007 when he saw I was verifying the legality of his pre nupt. He threatened me in writing that the RLD in house lawyer was representing him. He told me in writing which is in the judges file that he would quit his job and retire if I did not accept what he was giving me. Yet when we went to court RLD lawyer never showed up as Larry had threatened me with. Larry's acting like a spolied little boy because he made the judge mad with his arrogant attitude towards the judge when the judge made the support award. It appeared that whatever lawyer was advising him gave him the wrong information and it backfired on the both of them.

In our last court appearance Larry said in court that"his lawyer at work (RLD)" was advising him of his right to travel." Thats when the judge told him that he better be here for the January 2009 court date.

Im not mad. But he has to be responsible for all the money he threw away and let our houses go into foreclousre.

As far as his passport, They received the police reports, transcripts and the pictures from his computer too late to stop him from travelling. They are investigating. The one thing they did not "buy" was him teaching english to impoversihed girls. Neither did the judge in orange county. When he said that.

If he does not show up to his court appearances he was told arrest warrrants would be issued and the Thai gov. said they will act on those when issued.
