1. I don't know much about divorce law but can a judge really do that? If yes, then the law is just fucked up. State should guarantee that legal contract will be enforced. Besides, what makes you feel entitled to part of his wealth? You don't have any dependent kids, and as far as I know you never contributed anything to your marriage financially.
