Is this the same president who guided the nation in the dark days after 9/11?

Could this be the same guy who has been called every name in the book for succeeding in keeping all the spoiled ungrateful brats safe from terrorist attacks?

If 9/11 happened (and I believe it did), then that would suggest that he did not succeed in keeping said spoiled ungrateful brats safe from terrorist attacks, would it not?

Other than that, bitching, whining, moaning and complaining is good and healthy...it's what causes us to make improvements to what we already have. When some caveman set about making the first wheel and axle, do you think he was called ungrateful for seeking to create something to make his life easier even though he had a perfectly good pair of feet/legs?

What separates the successful societies and nations from the barely functioning/failed states is that there are people who will stand up and say 'This isn't good enough!' or 'We can do better!', and not only that, but they find a way to make it better as well. If the upshot of this piece is that American's should quit wanting better and George W. Bush is the best they can ever hope to get...then it's pretty fucking stupid.

All told, if mankind stops going forward, then it either stands still or starts going backwards, just like in the movie 'Idiocracy'. Ergo it is our duty as humans to bitch, whine, moan and complain, because ultimately, good things happen when we do.
