Granted, I first saw Lace when I was 12 and Phoebe's character was one of many pangs that warped my little mind, but in the 80s being pregnant out of wedlock was stigmatized. You were cursed, ousted, thought of as a lesser human being rather than celebrated like today. The media needs to bring this mind set back. Fuck Juno. Fuck Jaime Lynn Spears.
