While there are no doubt racists in the porn industry I think most of what you see is a direct result of porn producers being very efficient at making what sells. I suspect that almost all racism and misogyny in porn is a result of viewer preference, and would vanish very quickly if there weren't buyers for it: racism in porn is customer-driven, not producer-driven.
