Yes, but it isn't much use when put up against the all-over lighting conditions used in adult. It's a lot more effective in feature films wherein a more chiaroscuro approach to lighting is acceptable. Smaller tattoos are much easier to conceal than larger ones, especially if they are slightly faded.
