You're obviously unaware of the 4 bills currently being debated in the california legislature, and the 6 in Florida regarding not only health and safety issues regarding 'porn" (sex workers), but also buissness issues with the porn companies(overtime, employee vs. independant contractor). An amendment to the Mann Act regarding traveling across state lines for the purpose of pornography, is also being drafted by two florida reqresentatives and may be introduced as early as this summer. And Cal-OSHA now has several employees who are permantely assigned to the xbiz in california as of Feb.23 of this year. Do you see where your ignorance regarding this issue falls down here? If your only source of info regarding the xbiz comes from ANV, gene ross, and these chatboards then youre woefully uninformed.
...yes, but what has actually happened? Again, I think it's better if the industry holds its' hands up and admits there is a problem, and then goes about dealing with it rather than doing nothing and being forced to accept whatever the Government thinks is right and proper. Frankly, I think the California legislature has bigger things to contemplate right now...like their budget shortfall of around $23 billion, or so I read...

And my disagreement with Kayden was not whether she personally has herpes, my issue was with her statement that the rate of herpes in the porn biz was equal to the general public. I NEVER made her personal herpes status an issue, you did that.
...but if Kayden doesn't have herpes, that would conceivably mean that other performers don't have herpes too...indeed, maybe performers she has worked with. Which in turn would suggest that there might be a pool of herpes-free talent...what is sad is that nobody is taking any steps to see that said talent remains herpes-free by making sure they only ever work with other performers without herpes.
Again, you're chickening out...if you have that much faith in your proclamation about the ubiquitousness of herpes within the industry, call her bluff and shut her up. It's a safe bet, and as I said before, I'm pretty sure Adam & Eve won't let her take it, so it's win-win either way for you. C'mon...man up and put your money where your mouth is.

And as far as testing goes, since the creation of AIM almost ten years ago I have personally paid for HUNDREDS, if not a couple of thousand, performer tests.
If you're not a producer or agent, then you are a sucker.

I have been more than willing to put my money where my mouth is regarding these issues for YEARS.
Well, let's see you continue that noble tradition and call out Kayden Kross for the $50,000 Herpes challenge!

And as matter of fact, I am one of only a select few who have ever put up any significant amount of personal funds to assist sex workers in California and nevada.
Trust me, there are more than a select few out there who 'financially assist' sex workers in California and Nevada...and beyond.

I and a few others did it in Nevada and we're going to do it here.
Thanks...as it is, we get enough vividly detailed hooker sex stories from Da Burglar without you chiming in with your sordid escapades.
