Rather than just bitching about it and pointing the finger at people, or arguing the veracity of the presented 'facts' and figures, why not outline what you would do to prevent/reduce/control the problem.

I have advocated splitting the talent into two pools based on Herpes status, and regular testing. Ergo, nobody will catch herpes onset (but what they do in their private life is another matter entirely, hence the suggestion for testing also).

What would YOU suggest?
