I realize this might be a thread that quickly dies in a sad pathetic attempt. But why not try anyway?

What book are you currently reading? What did you think of it?

For me I just finished a book called "Among the Thugs". It's a first person account of an American journalist that lives in the UK. He becomes fascinated by English soccer hooligans and follows them around for 2 years. He travels with them to local and international games experiencing the fights, riots and drunkenness.

It's a good read and a quick read at just over 300 pages.

I just started a new book called "Liberal Fascism." It goes against my typical political thinking which is why I wanted to read it.

Does anybody else here read?
