The compassionate thing would be to keep the woman in prison. A) Because there she will receive better medical care for her illness and 2) because to release her would put Polanski off his 12 year old hooker habit and likely drive him the rest of the way crazy. It was his child that Glutz cut up in Sharon Tate's multistabbed abdomen, and the biblical horror of this crime and the justice it deserves must be top priority in this matter. Also, it was in fact Glutz that masterminded the murders, not Manson. She once confided that she wanted to skin Frank Sinatra alive while she listened to his recordings, which is all the proof an agile mind needs in regards to this case.

She still committed the crime right? Unless she somehow built a time machine out of plastic cutlery and used toilet paper rolls, went back in time and un-killed a pregnant woman...I don't want to hear shit about compassion.

She needs to be chased through the prison yard and knifed to death like Jay Sebring and Abigail Folger. Maybe after she gets a bit weaker and has no hope of defending herself.

Or maybe butchered and disemboweled instead, like Sharon Tate. Unfortunately, Atkins won't be able to beg for the life of her unborn child.
