Yes I am. But the real funny thing is you probably really dont know what a no COMPETE clause is. And while we're mentioning BUTCHERING the english language, I guess nobody ever told you that you shouldn't end a sentence with a preposition. But hey, at least you spelled it correctly, right asswipe. He who lives in a glass house shouldnt throw stones. The pot is calling the kettle black again.
So if you need a lesson on proper sentence srtucture I can send you my nephews third grade english book to help you .
