when bush gets out of office there will be a new DOJ they will stop the investigation its a waste of time for the FBI to bust people for prostitution witch is'nt againts federal law.

I don't think the feds are going for a simple prostitution charge. There is virtually nothing that they can't bring under the RICO umbrella these days.

If he helps one whore cross state lines to escort he's violated the Mann Act. And that is Federal.

Its also a “grey area” in the fact that a male/female travels over state (INTERSTATE) lines (INTRASTATE is a different story) even for porn purposes with someone else paying…..and If they can nail a foreigner under the Mann Act who is quite a high profile player in LA doing porn films....that would be a slam dunk....and if they could tie in RICO act charges as well. Remember they just don’t go just after the mob under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Hell they may even work with New Scotland Yard and Interpol on this one. Don’t forget we are in an ELECTION year!

I myself believe its bullshit until it comes out of a reputable new source or outlet and we see mug shots on the smoking gun.

so what RICO act has he/they violated?...............
