Its also a “grey area” in the fact that a male/female travels over state (INTERSTATE) lines (INTRASTATE is a different story) even for porn purposes with someone else paying…..and If they can nail a foreigner under the Mann Act who is quite a high profile player in LA doing porn films....that would be a slam dunk....and if they could tie in RICO act charges as well.
