How is someone supposed to notify you that you've been banned when... well, you've been banned?

Again, argumentative + stupid = a dangerous combination. If Swami were not banned, he'd now be arguing this point ad nauseum to complain how he could have been sent a PM to let him know that he can't receive any more PMs.
