It's been a couple of years since I was there so these my have changed by now and my memory is a little fuzzy. IIRC they won't let you double down on anything other than a 10 or 11 and they might not have let you double down after splitting. I also think that their payoff on a blackjack was 6:5 instead of the normal 3:2. Dealers also hit on soft 17s though IIRC that has become standard operating procedure in Vegas. I just remember not being able to play a number of hands the way I would have wanted and had been able to do in other casinos.
