Pornography is corrupting, destructive, insidious pollution of the mind and soul there's no doubt about it but going 180 degrees to the other extreme of "sexual purity" and "how to quit masturbating" is just swapping one insanity for another. If you feel porn is ruining your life, just don't fucking watch it and write a strongly worded letter to Tony Malice on the subject.

Porn is a lifesaver. Porn is addictive and it does tend to anaesthetise us emotionally. For this reason - rather like drug addiction it leads to breakdowns in relationships as one partner retreats into a stimulating, numbing cycle of pleasure/guilt. It is no use to yourself or anyone else to condemn yourself,you need to understand your self and your sexual energy and how it can be harnessed for so much more - for you and those close to you. Porn is just another drug out there on the market, be careful - and most of all respect yourself. Even knowing all this I still have my moments of weakness from time to time - just don't beat yourself up so much.

Addiction in it's pure form is so widespread that it touches almost everything that brings people pleasure: alcohol, drugs, food, gambling, exercise, shopping, and yes, porn.
