the people usually get tipped out by the server, so the person seating you etc. will get their end later. I usually tip about 25% (i was a bartender /waiter fir 15 years) but I'll grease big on the first round if it's a busy bar and I wanna keep 'em coming. It's gotten me a lot of post last-call drinks.
