I do hair for movies and mags but I used to work in salons. Tips are anywhere from 15%-20% for that. Some folks tip the shampoo girl $5 which I think is great. The only thing i think is stupid is tipping at starbucks. They didnt bring me anything. They just made the drink.Not like they're a waiter.
