This might sound a silly question but in Australia nobody really tips at all. You might tip in a restaurant but there is no set tipping etiquette everyone is expected to follow. Who do you give tips to in USA? Is it just for people in restaurants and hotel staff who carry your bags and how much are you expected to give as a tip?
