Does anyone here listen to Deezer.com? I've been listening for several years now and have built up quite a few playlists. It's had its growing pains here and there, but overall, a great free streaming, music site. If you haven't heard of it, you can listen to *some* full length albums (most are not allowing this anymore), but the best feature is the playlists. Even albums that you can't stream, you can add to your playlists...and you can make a ton of them. I think I have something like 20. They also have a community so you can share your lists with other members and whatnot. I know there are a lot of music buffs around so I thought I'd mention it. If anyone's already on, send a pm my way and maybe we could check out each other's lists (no homo). *Note to mods, this is a legal site and it does not promote or allow file sharing or downloading.

Thanks, Vizzle! Will definitely check it out for a while. I listened to last.fm for a while, but got a bit tired of the same stuff over and over again. Sometimes, I listen to Live 365. They have a lot of radio stations (amateur stuff mostly). It's great to discover new bands in specific genres.

Live365 sucks. I really had the run around just trying to listen to it. They boast 'commercia free' yet I had to listen to a damn commercial. I thought the music selection was mundane and nothing I can't hear on XM or Sirius. And so many pop-ups.
Just checked out deezer. Their selection looks really top40 and their top charts are from like 2007.

Soma FM is a station for several streams, mostly elecronica genres. They have no advertisements, but beg for donations sometimes. Nice stuff.

I agree with Loop's comment that a lot of stations are low-quality. I do see a playlist, though. I don't know if they claim to be 'ad-free', but I'm not bothered by it. To find new bands in obscure genres, it satisfies my needs.

Hide IP, for example.
