Well this one is a rather hard one to call then....imagine if there was an election...and no one came out to vote....

or by some bizarre occurrence..there actually was a tie....I am sure there is SOMETHING in constitution preventing such as thing....what is it...the supreme court decides or something? oh yes I forgot about the Electoral College...
