Ray Guhn Productions) proceedings in Pensacola (Escambia). Is Florida the new grounds (or state) for the miller test concerning porn and/or adult content?

But with the recent US v Williams decision, you can add 48 more states to that list. Anything with "teen" in it is now under suspicion and/or investigation. It is my prediction that this has only just begun.

Its the only state that has a statute that allows a porn performer to sue the producer for potential profits under a prostitution theory. I often wonder if they are trying to eliminate adult just in time for the next two super bowls….to be played in Tampa (2009) and Miami (2010) respectively.
