I see no other way than to have them view all of the work as a whole, something the prosecution definitely doesn't want. No doubt the third prong in the Miller test is most compelling and at play here...if they weren't in FL I'd say this will be easy for Sirkin, Douglas, et al...but the make-up of that jury says it's anyone's guess.
