Hey, I have a video (avi) (no copyrite) that I need to edit I would like to just use the first 10 minutes and remove the rest leaving the video playable, anyone have recommendations for a free/shareware software for this?
There's also Virtualdub. For a long time this was the leading tool, but IMO Avidemux has eclipsed it with more features and supported formats.

Adobe Premiere CS3 via Bittorrent. But only as a try-out since I would never advocate software piracy.
