I probably would have acquitted in that case too. Hey, it's the prosecution's job to prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and they didn't do it. You can't just say "it's one of these two, I'll pick that one." Without any other evidence positive on one, or negative on the other, you must acquit on DNA alone.
