IMO, a parade of untalented 20-30-40-something fuckbags--who have never delivered even one remarkable performance--walk into that awards show every year. Busey deserves to be there as long as he lives based on the Buddy Holly performance. It's about talent, not popularity. Well, at least it was supposed to be.... And The Buddy Holly Story is 10 times better than Kramer vs. Kramer and that one-note adenoidal ham Hoffman.

I agree 70% shouldnt be there. Buddy Holly was a great movie but in "my" taste I prefer Kramer and you dont deserve to go to the awards 30 years later, he's no Charlton Heston (say if he only did Moses) or anyone of that caliber, its all about opinions, fine to disagree, no biggie. Hey dont misinterpret that I think Jennifer Garner should be there either, what the fuck has she done that is award winning or even deserving?
