I'm a cab junkie, but I recall L.A. not being so shit-hot in that department. Say what you want about NY, but their public transportation system is pretty fucking good for a city that size. Even if I get dumped for the day in a certain part of the city i could probably handle it. We'll see. I'm bringing a decent amount of loot so maybe I'll convince Jen to rent a car for the week. Is L.A. still real creepy after dark? We were staying near the USC campus last time and it was kinda weird after like 11 pm. I never felt like moving around much after that.
