This is brilliant. Skeeter needs a new attorney ASAP. First, the idea that he is innocent is retarded. This is a civil case. There is no innocense or guilt. It is a question of liability. Second, since this is not a criminal case, his mental condition will play very little, if at all. Third, he wanted a jury trial. He could have requested one, as long as he posted the jury fees and the other side didn't object, and his request would have been granted. However, a jury would not help him in a Breach of Contract case (i.e. His current mental state, him proclaiming his innocence, etc., would not be relevant so he would not be able to say it to the jury). Once again, he needs a lawyer ASAP.
