I'd agree if it wasn't for the fact that I experienced it first hand. It wasn't some story I just heard about. This is a guy I worked and carpooled with for 3 years.
He had dyno tests and extensive paperwork from both before and after and actually filed a lawsuit against the dealership that did the recall work.

The dealership insisted it only changed out a couple of sensors and the reason the engine looked new was they had to steam clean the entire engine compartment prior to beginning work.(?)
Of course he didn't win his suit. But like I said, I'm just sayin...
