The officials were pretty poor all night long...lots of little mistakes with regards to throw-ins and corners that thankfully didn't prove costly.

Chelsea got lucky with their equaliser, but from then on pretty much dominated the second half. They could quite easily have been 3-0 down at that point, but had got away with it.

I can't recall Wayne Rooney touching the ball at all, and you could see him getting more and more frustrated with every minor decision (even ones that didn't involve him). It was no surprise he was the first one subbed. I would have thought he would be a good bet to get sent off, but Drogba beat him to it, and in doing so fucked up Chelsea's penalty taking options. If he goes to Italy, the wind-up merchants like Marco Materazzi will have a field day with him. Good riddance!

Come to think of it, Carvalho was lucky to be on the pitch after that high tackle on Ronaldo.

I thought it was a good game overall, but lady luck just wasn't with Chelsea.

I enjoyed every fucking second, even though I dislike both squads intensely. I can't decide if I like Ronaldo or Terry less. I was overcome with joy at their penalty gaffes.

Chelsea deserved to win. Cech had a great match. I was pulling for Uncle Fester. Drogba is definitely gone, hopefully to Inter, where he will piss off that prick Ibrahimovic.

Ref was shit, but both sides had plenty of chances to win in the end. Peter Cech played out of his helmet in goal. Terry's header of the line on Giggs shot was incredible.

Twice off the woodwork. And in the end Drogba the cunt gets sent off and probably cost Chelsea the game. Instead of Terry, he probably is the penalty taker.

I thought we were done when Ronaldo missed. Great save by van der Saar and great miss by Terry. Probably never lives that down.

Can't blame the ref when your captain misses the net on a penalty shot to win the game. It was right there for the taking.
