She's also a muse of David LaChapelle-- she's all over his latest photo book, "Heaven to Hell". There's something grotesquely beautiful about her-- but then again he's such an amazing photographer he also makes photos of Courtney Love into art.



David LaChapelle is a awesome photographer. I don't know enough to be technical, but I can tell you I'm always amazed with his work.

Is he one of your favorites too?



Oh absolutely. His use of color, costume, not to mention the controversial messages he gets across in his work... His photos rely a bit on "shock value" to bring the viewer in, and I love that.



I'm pretty sure he did Naomi Campbell's playboy layout and he really played up her skin color vs. bright props. He also did a Pamela Anderson playboy shoot that was great.
