nixon is a very great movie that gets slept on. it was stone's last great film. after that he descended into shrieking clusterfucks like u turn and any given sunday.

also i would suggest that the fact that they're holding the film back until after the election speaks to the possibility that the film is not simply "propaganda." but whatever.
