No, I don't make any rules. Nobody even asks me that sort of thing. I was asked to “keep an eye on things”. That’s it. I should have said my opposition to PM in most cases is just my personal opinion.

As for what mods do, I think Jeff had in mind something like the guy at the bukkake he hands a mop to and says “Clean up whatever the whores don’t lick up.” Mop Boy may be the only one at the bukkake with a mop, but he’s still just the guy with the mop who makes sure the stars don’t slip.

Yeah, that's why I said or enforce. It may be your personal opinion, but I think it has been made clear that if PM flames continue, then banning may occur. So I just meant that you, as a mod, have more of a say than I do.
