No, post to the board, don't use PM for this. Please don't ever retaliate in PM; that just makes for problems.

PMs should be avoided in general anyway. The board doesn't benefit from PMs. The good stuff should be posted for all to stroke to and the bad stuff left at home.

My problem is strictly with harassment of newbies. I don’t want people scared off by creepy PMs (whether they can handle the posts on XXXPT is their problem).
