She's faking. That video sounds like she is giving action items to her team at McDonald's in a Monday morning crew meeting (or so I imagine).

It seems like she hasn't learned the part of the trick yet where in order to be totally believable at condescension, she needs to care (or sound like she cares) equally nil about all of the topics she's supposedly railing above.

There is a smugness in her tone that may come from having to record the video multiple times before uploading. That kind of inflection usually gets put in place when people to try to keep themselves entertained recapping the same story for the eighth time in ten minutes.

She sounds like she has a vivid imagination in her delivery in the videos, but i'm not convinced that she believes a lot of what she's saying. Maybe it doesn't matter if you are that into paying her to intentionally ignore or humiliate you -- those blanks maybe get filled in your head.
