What that idiot did was no different then pointing a loaded gun at you without pulling the trigger.
Nice to know there was instant Karmic cause and effect.
Unfortunately, in most cases, ignorance of this magnitude is rarely painful to the culprit (hence his laughter) therefore no lesson is learned by the offending mental midget.

I'm sure a charge of assault with a deadly weapon (and having to face a heavy fine and possible prison time) will alter this cretins future behavior by at least a fraction.
