The charges are complete BS. I bet the judge throws it out. The charges have nothing to do with the suicide: the DA is trying to criminalize violation of the terms of service(!!!) Idiot.

Too bad dad couldn't be tempted into spending a little time with his daughter before this happened. Who knows what good could have happened had he spent as much time with her then as he spends blaming everyone else now?
