Did Reagen sit down personally with them? No. China made overt gestures towards a more favorable relationship. Iran does none of this. They could sit back and wait and let a stable Shiite govt. form in Iraq, and end up with an ally, why don't they? Because they don't want peace. If Obama thinks he can show up and get any kind of believable promise from them, then he's stupid and haven't we had a stupid President long enough?
