Other than having to stop every 15 minutes so she can "freshen up", the constant tweaker whining, trying to fake anal, refusing to do what the director needs for the scene, abandoning her kids in Florida, and being unable to distinguish between her streetwalker prostitution career and a professional career in porn, yeah, she's a wonderful actress to work with.
