seriously, the standard tag with the rubber strap looks good and you'd have a real challenge destroying it.
they should be under 500, it's sometimes worth it to acquire something that's crafted noticably-better even if it's at a small premium. same deal as choosing to buy a kimber instead of a taurus-over time it just makes you happier even if it's a bit of a luxury.

My Fossils go from wrist to trash can. Before Fossil there were Seikos and before those Pulsars (Which were not cheap watches back in the day).
It would be a shame to subject a Tag or Breitling to what my watches go through. A waste of resources. And, I haven't had a water resistant watch fog on my in almost 20 yrs. regardless of cost or stem setting.
Treating ADD through complicated timepieces is an interesting concept though- someone should write a thesis on that. Years ago, when some people wore digital watches, I'd see guys racing to see how quickly they could start and stop the timers. Some times were in the hundredths of a second. I've never owned nor worn a digital watch but I do have a digital "tide watch" I keep in the boat slipped over a toggle switch on the console.
